Jacent is the leading cross-merchandising impulse product company in North America, seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to work in retail environments across our footprint. You will place products, build displays, and partner with store personnel to champion our merchandising programs.

The role offers daytime hours, a predictable schedule, paid training, mileage/travel time between stores, and advancement opportunities for part-time team members in the MD area.

Qualifications

• Self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting.
• Comfortable in changing environments and able to adapt to store dynamics.
• Able to meet physical requirements (standing 3–8 hrs, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending/twisting).

Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with in-store management.
• Executing merchandising resets.
• Building retail displays.
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks.
• Implementing plan-o-grams.
