Advantage Solutions is hiring for an in-store merchandising role in Texas. You will support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and monitoring inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training is provided, and there are opportunities for early wage access and internal growth. Ideal candidates are 18+, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and willing to travel locally within their territory.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to perform physical work: lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Willing to travel locally within assigned territory
• Able to record work after each shift using a smartphone or tablet

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps and reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities in stores.
