The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an entry-level in-store merchandiser to support retailers with merchandising, display construction, and shelf resets. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within the Advantage Solutions network.

You will handle inventory tracking and collaborate with store teams to optimize shopper experience and sales opportunities, while maintaining a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing customer interaction.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to/from work location.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with action and results orientation.
• Able to work independently or in a team with safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with rotation.
