Jacent is seeking merchandisers to work in in-store environments across 17,000 stores, placing products, building displays, and collaborating with store personnel. This role emphasizes a self-driven, adaptable individual who can operate in changing environments and meet physical requirements, while enjoying daytime hours and a stable schedule.

Compensation ranges from $15 to $18 per hour with 22–25 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting.
• Comfortable in changing environments.
• Able to meet physical requirements with or without accommodations (standing/walking 3–8 hrs, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communicator with ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Resides within 20 miles of Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with in-store management.
• Execute merchandising resets.
• Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks.
• Implement plan-o-grams.
