Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate in Maryland. You will support retailers by building displays, end caps, and performing shelf resets to maximize sales opportunities. No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support.

You must be 18+, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation. A customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

Friendly, enthusiastic demeanor and strong communication with customers and management.
Must be 18 years or older.
Physically able to move, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation to the work location.
Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
Build displays and end caps to showcase products.
Reset shelves with product rotation and planogram compliance.
Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
Collaborate with store teams to ensure timely execution and clean presentation.
