Job summary

Retail Odyssey is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant to support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and rotating products to maximize sales. You will monitor inventory and collaborate with store teams to meet shopper needs.

This role requires on-site work, lifting up to 50 lbs, and being 18 or older. Training is provided, and excellent customer service is valued for success in this position.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support.
• You will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a retail setting.
• You must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation to the work location.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
