Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising not required; ability to interact positively with customers and management.
• Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and being on feet for extended periods.
• Strong self-starter with a collaborative mindset and safety-first attitude in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves, and rotate product stock.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities and help stores stay stocked and organized.
