Job summary

Mondelēz is seeking a proactive merchandiser to fulfill customers’ merchandising needs through strong communication and relationship building. The role involves stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and visiting stores to ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and compliant with company guidelines.

You'll work with a sales representative to optimize product visibility, capture display photos, and execute promotional displays.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old or older.
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations.
• Able to download and use work apps on a personal device.
• Able to perform repetitive lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs.
• Live within 25 miles of North Glendale, AZ.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Able to start at 6:00 A.M.
• Schedule may change based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers’ merchandising needs through communication and relationship building.
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change displays.
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees.
• Work with the sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps.
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines.
• Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz with a positive and upbeat attitude in stores.
• Physically move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves.
