Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in the United States is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, end caps, and rotating stock. You’ll help maximize sales opportunities through smart product placement and inventory tracking.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. If you are 18+, comfortable with customer interactions, and able to lift up to 50 lbs, we want you on our team.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to the work location
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter with strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Safety-minded in a retail environment

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales.
