Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking friendly teammates to shape the shopping experience for customers at our retail partners. You will help set up displays, rotate products, reset shelves, and monitor stock to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and ongoing team support. Starting pay is competitive at $14.50 per hour, with additional hours and benefits available to eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• In-store merchandising support for retailers, including building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with store management and teammates to meet shoppers' needs.
