SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant in Massachusetts. You will build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to help retailers maximize sales opportunities.

Training is provided, no prior experience is required, and you’ll work with a friendly team to deliver great shopping experiences. Applicants must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs, with reliable transportation to the store locations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is desirable but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• Able to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure optimal product presentation and stock levels.
