Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks in-store merchandising teammates to support retailers and shoppers. The role focuses on building displays, resetting shelves, and monitoring inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. Competitive hourly wages start at $16.00, with potential for additional hours and benefits options for eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs
• Build displays and end caps
• Reset shelves with product rotation
• Track inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities
