ARS-Rescue Rooter in Rocky River, OH is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. The role offers hourly pay with uncapped commission and flexible part-time or full-time schedules.

You will engage shoppers, understand their home comfort needs, educate them on HVAC and plumbing solutions, and schedule in-home consultations.

Qualifications

• No HVAC experience required; we are seeking people who are outgoing and comfortable talking to shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
