ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring an In-Store Lead Generation Specialist to engage with homeowners inside major home-improvement retail locations in Winchester, VA. This sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and scheduling free in-home consultations, helping customers explore ARS heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions.

The role offers flexible hours with part-time and full-time opportunities, uncapped commission, weekly pay via direct deposit, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

We’re hiring In-Store Lead Generation Specialistto work inside major home improvement retail locations. This is a sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting by introducing customers to our home comfort solutions, energy-saving upgrades, and indoor air quality services.

You'll connect with homeowners while they shop, learn about their home-comfort needs, and introduce them to ARS heating, cooling, plumbing, energy-efficiency, and indoor air-quality solutions.
