Culligan by Consolidated Water Group is hiring a Full-Time, In Store Lead Catcher to work out of Home Depot, Crystal River, FL! This role offers flexible hours and full benefits including health, dental, and vision benefits from day 1, 401k with employer match, paid time away, and more! This position is paid hourly, bi-weekly, and is eligible for bonus earnings! Weekday and Saturday availability is required (5-day/week work schedule).

Responsibilities

The In-Store Lead Catcher is a dynamic, customer-focused role responsible for engaging with potential customers and generating high-quality sales leads within the store environment. This position involves proactively approaching customers, identifying their needs, and encouraging them to sign up for products and services.

Job Function

• Actively engaging with customers in a retail setting to capture their contact information and generate qualifying leads for the Household Sales Team.

Job Requirements
