Culligan by Consolidated Water Group is hiring a Full-Time, In Store Lead Catcher to work out of Home Depot, Crystal River, FL! This role offers flexible hours and full benefits including health, dental, and vision benefits from day 1, 401k with employer match, paid time away, and more! This position is paid hourly, bi-weekly, and is eligible for bonus earnings! Weekday and Saturday availability is required (5-day/week work schedule).

Responsibilities:

The Lead Catcher will be responsible for all aspects of support for capturing leads at Home Depot Crystal River, FL, partnering with the Culligan North America dealer network, marketing agency partners, and internal resources. A significant portion of this role involves consumer-facing lead follow-up via phone, text, and email using multiple online tools and interacting with consumers to set appointments.
