Job summary

Woodgrain, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Stocker to support high-volume national account stores within the defined territory. You will stock, organize, and maintain moulding inventory while delivering friendly, dependable customer service.

Responsibilities include learning in-store service, managing inventory replenishment, restocking freight, and maintaining signage and pricing to best practice. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required; this is a labor-intensive role with lifting

Qualifications

• In-store service, inventory replenishment, and customer service experience.
• Must be able to learn and perform in-store service within high-volume accounts.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform in-store service, manage inventory replenishment (ordering and stocking), generate weekly credits, and provide exceptional customer service in a defined territory within high-volume national account stores.
• THIS IS A LABOR INTENSIVE POSITION.
• Stock, organize, and maintain moulding inventory to ensure materials are readily available.
• CLEANING: Recovering the condition of the aisle since last service.
• STRAIGHTENING STOCK: Restocking messy bins or displays and resolving bin contamination.
• STOCKING: Packing out freight in overhead and from previous weeks’ orders.
• CULLING: Removing damaged/unsellable material and issuing credit electronically.
• MERCHANDISING: Maintain signage and pricing to best practice; move backers to affect perception.
• ORDERING: Replenish inventory according to published guidelines.
• CUSTOMER INTERACTION: Build strong dependable relationships with store management and associates.
• PROJECTS AND TASKS: Merchandising projects and tasks will be assigned by area manager.
• Complete tasks, projects and resets of Woodgrain products in stores.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and your own vehicle.
