Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests using Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model.
• Determine guests’ goals for their design project.
• Provide design advice and product recommendations.
• Present customized room designs and sample recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise lines and product features.
• Process customer transactions in the Point of Sale system.
• Support the store team to achieve revenue targets.
