Job summary
A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide in-store vaccination services in a retail clinic setting. The RN will administer vaccines such as flu, COVID-19, MMR and other immunizations, while delivering safe, high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in Kansas, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience with immunizations.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN license in Kansas or state of practice.
- At least 1 year of related nursing experience.
- Previous experience administering immunizations/vaccines required.
- BLS certification required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a patient-facing retail healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer vaccines including flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other immunizations.
- Perform medication administration and follow clinical protocols.
- Provide safe, high-quality patient care.
- Interact professionally with patients, caregivers, and healthcare colleagues.
- Educate patients regarding vaccinations and answer questions.
- Maintain accurate patient and clinical documentation.
- Follow safety, infection-control, and vaccination procedures.
- Adapt to changing patient volumes in a retail clinic setting.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes.
- Contribute to a professional, caring, team-oriented environment.
