Job summary

Best Buy seeks an LG Home Theater Expert to promote, demonstrate and sell LG home theater products in-store. You’ll be trained to become an expert and explain complex technology in simple terms to help customers understand each product’s value.

You’ll collaborate with sales associates to ensure the team is ready to assist customers with the brand. You’ll work with vendor partners and market teams, share product knowledge, and help educate other team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.
• 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

• Promote, demonstrate and sell home theater products with emphasis on LG brand.
• Explain complex technology in simple terms and help customers understand value.
• Collaborate with sales associates to ensure the team is ready to assist customers.
