Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer at the front desk while representing the brand image.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, assist with credit applications and financing, and document transactions.
• Address customer concerns independently whenever possible.
• Assist in store opening/closing activities including cash reconciliation and daily checklists.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures, including bi-annual inventory checks.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management.
