ARS is hiring In-Store Marketing Specialists to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Dallas, TX. This is a sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting.

You’ll connect with homeowners, learn their home–comfort needs, and introduce ARS heating, cooling, and home improvement solutions. Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commission with weekly pay and paid training.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional ARS appearance.
• Weekly in-office meetings required.
• Background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Initiate friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort.
• Educate customers on ARS heating, cooling, and home solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Maintain a professional, positive in-store presence.
• Support in-store promotions with retail management and ARS teams.
