ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to work in major home improvement retail locations in Richardson, TX. This sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting for ARS home comfort solutions.

The position offers both part-time and full-time schedules with weekly pay and uncapped commissions on top of hourly wages. Training is provided, and growth into HVAC Sales Advisor roles is possible.

Qualifications

Outgoing, approachable demeanor suitable for front-facing roles.
Experience in retail or sales roles is helpful but not required.
Ability to engage customers and communicate clearly about solutions.

Responsibilities

Engage homeowners in-store and introduce ARS heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions.
Start friendly conversations about home comfort, energy efficiency, and air quality.
Act as Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS services.
Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
Enter customer info and book appointments for ARS specialists.
Represent ARS with a professional in-store presence and collaborate with management.
Support in-store promotions with the team.
