Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, seeks an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations and engage shoppers with product knowledge in a retail setting. The role emphasizes professional presentation and compliance with event procedures.

The position is part-time (up to 25 hours weekly) with responsibilities spanning preparation, service, and post-event reporting; some travel to client sites may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Proficient in using a PC or mobile device with internal systems.
• Local Food Handler permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate products in-store and engage customers to explain features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve samples using appliances; maintain clean, safe workstation.
• Set up Event Table and ensure 100% execution of tasks.
• Complete expense reports and submit online requirements on event day.
• Coordinate with store personnel and assist with client visits and audits.
