Job summary

Ulta Beauty in New York seeks a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain a clean environment, and complete assigned tasks, including merchandise resets and inventory procedures.

This role collaborates with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to drive performance metrics, maintain proper signage, and ensure testers are available while upholding Ulta Beauty’s standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience with retail technology and point-of-sale systems is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboard and replenishment.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing brand and category training to drive sales.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
• Drive operational excellence by replenishing, facing, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness and protect company assets through loss prevention.
