Job summary

Product Connections, part of the Acosta Group, seeks an Associate to support in-store food and non-food demonstrations in Dallas, TX. You will manage event equipment, knowledge of products, and engage consumers to drive sales while maintaining professional appearance and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires leadership when supervising, strong communication, and the ability to set up an event table and complete online requirements on the same day as execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training.
• Proficient ability to use and navigate on a personal computer and personal mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Food Safety Certification, Local Food handlers permit if required.
• English is the primary language; bilingual skills may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the equipment and supplies used for events to ensure they are clean and secured in the backroom area.
• Act as point of contact when Supervisor is absent and coordinate with store management on events.
• Lead and assist other Event Specialists with event kits, materials and tools as needed.
• Effectively communicate features and benefits of the product to consumers.
• Prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines and using appliances.
