Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Full-Time Retail Electronics Merchandiser to join our team in Austin, TX and the surrounding area. You will visit major retailers, set up and maintain promotional displays, and help turn shelves into sales magnets.

The role offers 32-40 hours per week with daytime schedules Monday through Friday and occasional weekends. We provide W2 employment with weekly pay, health benefits, and opportunities for higher paid technical projects.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred or 3PL/relevant retail experience desirable.
• Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Detail-oriented and able to read planograms accurately.
• Independence with occasional teamwork; strong sense of urgency to complete projects.
• Tech-ready with internet access and basic handheld tools; vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores within an assigned radius to complete merchandising projects.
• Place, assemble, maintain, and troubleshoot client promotional displays to drive sales.
• Represent brands like Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, Intel and others during store visits.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and photos for each visit.
• Potential to cover larger regions and travel to outlying areas for additional hours.
