Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Houston is seeking a Store Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. You will handle in-store orders, answer calls, process transactions, and maintain a clean, efficient service area.

You should be comfortable standing for long periods, able to lift up to typical store weights, and adept with basic computer entry and calculator use. Training is provided on the job, with opportunities to advance as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older for in-store work; 18 for delivery.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to take and process orders, over the phone and in person.
• Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
