Domino's in East Norriton is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers in-store and on the phone, take and process orders, and support daily store operations at the Germantown Pike location.

The role includes stock management, inventory tasks, and maintaining accurate cash handling and order entry with speed and precision, while ensuring friendly service and teamwork under standard store policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements with speed.

Responsabilités

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
