Job summary

Huntington is seeking an In Store Customer Experience Banker in Minneapolis to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.

You will process customer transactions accurately, provide exemplary service, and educate customers on bank products and digital banking tools while adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service or related role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: 1 year+ in customer service in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology (mobile/online banking).

You are responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan and other banking products and services.
