Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Car Electronics Installer (Autotech Agent) to install car electronics in our in-store installation bay in West Columbia, SC. You’ll share product knowledge and recommendations with customers and teammates, and pursue ongoing trainings to achieve expert status.

As an Autotech Agent, you’ll install components such as remote starts, stereos, cameras, and amplifiers, while verifying compatibility for each vehicle.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license required.
• Driving record must meet Best Buy’s safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install car electronics including remote starts, stereos, cameras, amplifiers and in-dash units.
• Follow guides to identify compatible products and complete installations.
• Verify vehicle make and model and flag compatibility concerns before installation.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Complete required trainings and certifications.
