ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an In-Store Sales Lead Generator to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retail stores. Earn $18–$20 per hour plus uncapped commission, with earnings potential $20–$30 per hour on average.

Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available, with paid training and opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities include engaging shoppers, explaining service options, and scheduling in-home consultations or HVAC tune-ups.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

• Serve as a Promotions Specialist explaining service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements
• Function as a Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultation and tune ups with service technicians and comfort advisors
• Note: this role is not door-to-door, does not canvass, and does not function as a canvasser
