Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless/connected-brand. You will serve as the primary liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing regular audits and ensuring superior product presentation across assigned locations.

Visits are scheduled twice per month, each lasting one hour, with immediate start dates upon certification.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Access to a personal transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Own a smartphone compatible with iOS 17+ or Android 10+.
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Recurring store visits to perform audits, ensure product quality, and elevate the brand experience.
• Assist retail staff with display fixes and merchandising on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to log visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
