Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/ connectivity brand. You will travel to local stores, perform audits, ensure product quality, and elevate the brand experience as a liaison between brand and retail environments.

Visits are scheduled twice per month, about one hour per visit, with immediate start dates upon certification.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local stores.
• Access to a personal smart device (iOS 17+/Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless/telecommunications or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Initial audit followed by follow-up visits and gradual visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist retail staff in resolving display or brand-related issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
