Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to conduct in-store wireless audits and merchandising, serving as the liaison between the brand and retail stores. You will perform scheduled visits to ensure product quality, brand visibility, and a strong customer experience.

Store visits are one hour each, twice per month, with flexible scheduling and immediate start dates after certification. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with local travel and a focus on supplemental income.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, reliable.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile reporting tools.
• Access to personal transport and a device with internet.
• Experience in wireless/telecom/consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store audits and quality control visits to evaluate presentation and brand visibility.
• Perform recurring visits, resolve issues, and transition to visual merchandising as needed.
• Assist staff with fixing brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos.
