Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control for a wireless/connectivity brand. The role is freelance (1099) with visits twice monthly, one hour each, across local retail locations.

You’ll use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data, with immediate start dates after certification. Compensation starts at $24/hour, plus travel incentives, and offers flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail audits & quality control through structured store visits.
• Visit execution from initial audit to follow-up visits and merchandising.
• Display and merchandising fixes to resolve brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & reporting using the ThirdChannel App, submitting surveys, data and photos.
