Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a flexible Brand Representative (1099) to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for wireless and connectivity brands. You will act as the liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing recurring visits that focus on accurate audits and strong brand visibility.

Visits are one hour each, scheduled twice per month with hours varying by market. Immediate start dates available upon certification, with travel incentives and a competitive

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Initial audits followed by follow-up visits to resolve issues and improve compliance.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
