Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Walmart Retail Merchandiser to ensure client brands stand out at Walmart stores and drive product availability. You will be the primary contact with store management, representing Acosta Group in your assigned store(s) and collaborating with Walmart teams to get the job done.

You’ll work independently in a role that requires organization, communication, and the ability to navigate multiple applications on a company device.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Access to reliable transportation to visit multiple retail locations in your area.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work can be Sunday through Saturday; days depend on location.
• Full-Time: flexible schedule, at least 5 days a week (Tuesday, Friday required).
• Part-Time: flexible schedule, 2-4 days (Tuesday, Friday required).
• Start work between 6am-9am; work between 6am-6pm (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise in backroom, stock and pack out products.
• Straighten product on shelves.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to place in store.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete work while navigating multiple applications.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta and clients in Walmart stores; partner with store management.
• Collaborate with direct manager via email, phone, and text.
