Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring for a retail events associate in California to engage customers, promote brands, and provide live sampling and demos in-store and at events.

We offer training, flexible scheduling with 2–3 shifts per week including weekends, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. No prior experience required; we provide full team support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 6 hours.
• Demonstrate safety-first approach in a retail environment.
• Willingness to prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action.
