Job summary

ThirdChannel is hiring a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. As an independent Brand Representative, you will liaise between the brand and retail stores to perform audits and elevate the brand experience.

Store visits are scheduled twice per month, one hour each, with total store count varying by market. This is a flexible supplemental income opportunity with immediate start dates upon certification.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity.
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store audits and quality control visits.
• Execute structured store visits to evaluate presentation and brand visibility.
• Visit execution: initial audits and follow-ups to resolve issues.
• Assist staff with display fixes and merchandising on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit data.
