Job summary

Renuity is seeking a Retail Brand Ambassador to promote our products in in-store campaigns and events. You will engage customers, deliver presentations on our high-quality products, installation, and care, and strive for growth into sales or management roles.

This full-time role requires weekend work and flexible scheduling with rotating shifts. Base pay plus uncapped bonuses, medical/dental/life/disability insurance, paid holidays/PTO, 401(k) with company match, wellness programs, and growth

• Must have access to a personal, reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Promote Renuity's products and services in in-store retail campaigns, events, and tradeshows.
• Approach and engage potential customers in established retail locations.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations face-to-face, focusing on products, installation, and customer care.
• Use this role as a stepping stone to management or sales opportunities.
• Schedule availability: weekends required; 7-day availability; rotating shifts 9am–5pm, 10am–6pm, 11am–7pm, 12pm–8pm.
