Crocs, Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate for HEYDUDE in North Charleston to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales at the point of purchase. You will assist in all store departments, support the team, and act as the brand ambassador for HEYDUDE products.

The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, with a strong focus on customer experience and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 16 years or older required.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Fast-paced retail environment experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Support in-store operations including POS, merchandising, and stockroom to ensure smooth shopping.
• Collaborate with store management to meet and exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying current on product launches and collaborations.
