Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/ connectivity brand. You will act as a liaison between the brand and stores, performing scheduled visits to ensure product quality and elevate the brand experience.

Visits are one hour each, scheduled twice per month, with flexible hours and immediate start dates upon certification.

Qualifications

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with mobile reporting apps.
• Reliable transportation to local store locations.
• Access to a smartphone with internet connectivity (iOS/Android).
• Experience in wireless/consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Initial audit with follow-up visits to resolve issues and transition into merchandising.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to log visits, complete surveys, and submit data.
