Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and perform tasks involving reaching, kneeling and squatting.
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs and upholding service standards.
• Engage with guests, build relationships, and foster guest loyalty.
• Receive positive guest feedback and communicate effectively with management and guests.
• Perform register transactions quickly and accurately, handle cash and give change.
• Maintain store organization, assist in merchandising and window displays.
• Follow loss prevention practices and report potential incidents.
