Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics brand inside top-selling California retailer locations. This 1-year continuity program features 1-hour in-store visits every 8 weeks, with Thursday–Sunday preferred for high traffic.

Training is paid, and compensation is $24.00 per hour with bi-weekly payroll through Mosaic Flex Staffing. Requirements include owning a smartphone for Ubeya check-in/out, reliable transportation, and completing retailer

Qualifications

• Smartphone for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Residential mailing address for brand-issued name badge shipment.
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program.
• Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand’s flagship product line — ask great questions and explain product benefits in clear, friendly language.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training).
• Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos and reporting before clocking out.
