Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading electronics and storage brand inside top retailer locations across North Carolina. This is a 1-year continuity program with a consistent store rep and rotating 8-week cycles. Training will precede first visits, and adherence to retailer compliance is required.

You will engage shoppers, train store associates, and maintain brand displays while clocking in/out via Ubeya. This position pays $24.00/hr with paid training.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer location.
• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check‑in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Ability to commit to a bi‑monthly cadence (one 1‑hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address (no PO Boxes) for brand‑issued name badge shipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1‑hour in‑store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program.
• Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line — ask great questions and explain product benefits in clear, friendly language.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy the in‑store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training).
• Check in and check out on‑site via the Ubeya app and submit post‑visit photos + reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in‑store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand‑issued name badge at all times.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group professionally at all times — you are the face of the brand inside the retailer.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in‑store visit.
