Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support in‑store promotional events, marketing campaigns, and customer outreach initiatives.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and communicate relevant product or service information.
• Deliver positive, customer‑focused interactions that support brand awareness and customer relationships.
• Contribute to customer acquisition and sales initiatives in accordance with campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to support campaign execution and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of relevant customer interactions and sales activities.
• Participate in training and coaching sessions focused on customer engagement, sales techniques, and marketing best practices.
