You will stay ahead of trends, share product knowledge, support store merchandising, and help maintain a welcoming space, while working a part-time hourly schedule in a regular store environment.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering excellent service in retail, hospitality, or client-focused settings.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
- Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences with tailored consultations and product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients on their beauty journey.
- Stay ahead of trends and new products to provide relevant advice.
- Drive results by helping exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Maintain a beautiful, organized space and support inventory/merchandising.
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork within the store.
- Uphold Sephora standards and contribute to a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
