ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Arvada, CO. This sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting to connect homeowners with ARS heating, cooling, plumbing, and energy-efficiency solutions.

You'll be a high-energy brand ambassador, educating shoppers about ARS services, scheduling free in-home consultations, and maintaining a professional in-store presence.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort and energy efficiency.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional and positive in-store presence.
• Support in-store promotions alongside retail management and ARS team members.
