Job summary

Acosta Group, via Product Connections, seeks in-store Adult Beverage Engagement Specialist to conduct beverage and food demonstrations in retail settings. You will set up, pour samples, verify ages, and educate customers while maintaining compliance and a clean display.

Flexibility in weekends/holidays and a smartphone-enabled workflow are required; competitive pay, weekly pay, and paid training accompany a part-time schedule in a marketing-focused role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.
• Daily access to a smartphone to report work completion.
• Access to reliable transportation to ensure regular attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand to perform the event for the duration of the event.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, setting-up, pouring samples, and verifying member’s ages while maintaining a clean environment.
• Engaging with retail location customers to communicate key points about products being demonstrated.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable adult beverage laws and regulations.
• Working with the team to achieve sales goals of the products you are demonstrating.
